  24. Already One of Banyan's Top Resellers in the South, Memorex Telex Will
  25. Now Sell and Support Banyan VINES Products Throughout U.S.

  27. WESTBORO, Mass., March 19, 1991 -- Banyan Systems and Memorex Telex have
  28. agreed to a new contract that authorizes Memorex Telex to market, sell,
  29. service, and support BanyanR VINESR network operating system products
  30. throughout the United States as a Banyan National Reseller. Nationwide,
  31. Memorex Telex has 250 sales and service offices.

  33. Since May 1989, Memorex Telex has been a Banyan Regional Reseller serving
  34. the southern part of the United States. In less than two years, Memorex
  35. Telex has risen to become one of Banyan's top resellers in the U.S.
  36.  
  37. "Memorex Telex' performance as a regional Banyan Reseller in the southern
  38. United States has been testimony to their ability to market, sell, and
  39. support VINES network solutions among a savvy customer base," said Greg
  40. Reyes, Vice President, North American Field Operations, Banyan Systems.
